The Friends of Great Bradley Church

 Our Church

Great Bradley sits at the top of the Stour. East Anglia's most famous river.  It is the entry point into Suffolk from Cambridgeshire. By far the most historic building in this wonderful village is the Church which for a millenium has stood commanding the top of the Stour Valley.  It is the intent of 'The Friends of Great Bradley Church' that it will continue to do so for the next millenium too!

 Our Goal

The Friends envisage that the Church will continue as a place of worship and provide opportunities for the celebration of major landmarks, but it will also become a focal point for the rapidly growing numbers of walkers, cyclists and those interested in our wonderful local habitat and countryside.  In the near future, we hope to provide lockers, refreshments, information and toilet facilities.  We also hope to hold events such as music, art and book fairs in the Church.
